120Space is a co-working spot on Federal Highway in downtown Lake Worth with private and communal office space. It’s the perfect place for motivated entrepreneurs, start ups, investors and creatives who are looking for a place to call their own — as well as for those who need an occasional work space.
120Space promotes an environment in which our members work as individuals, but also have access to our community of entrepreneurs. Working together and collaboration are just a few of the benefits that attract members to our shared space.

Our Community
120Space is a private office space located in downtown Lake Worth Beach. Known for it's eclectic and artsy community, trendy restaurants, chic retail shops and year-round cultural opportunities -- including the internationally known Street Painting Festival -- Lake Worth Beach attracts a diverse population. Other annual events include Reggae Fest and PrideFest.

To meet your needs, 120Space offers a variety of office spaces and memberships. All memberships give you access to free parking; an on-site shower facility; bike rack; tea, coffee and purified water; use of kitchenette & its appliances.
*All membership levels require a $25 startup fee per person and 6.7% sales tax.
